Hi, I’m Vitaliy but you can call me “V”

We live in a world that moves fast but not always with purpose. I believe that movement, when intentional, can reconnect us with the parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten.

My name is Vitaliy Aretinskiy. I am a martial artist with over 20 years of discipline behind me, but beyond the techniques, I’ve always been drawn to the philosophy behind the fight. The why behind the strike. The meaning behind the breath.

I’ve trained in martial arts, boxing, and MMA. I’ve worked on film sets, choreographing fight scenes and training actors to move with truth and precision. But my real work begins off-camera — with real people, navigating real lives.

I created my own movement philosophy forged from combat, philosophy, and science. I guide people through mindset shifts, breath, body mechanics, and sometimes biohacking — anything it takes to rewire the way they show up in the world.

I’m deeply inspired by stoicism — the idea that we don’t control life, but we do control how we meet it. Through movement, breath, mindset, and accountability, I help clients sharpen their awareness and reclaim ownership over their lives.

It’s not just about getting stronger, it’s about becoming more aware. More honest. More aligned. I bring this into every session whether I’m coaching a beginner, an actor preparing for a role, or an athlete seeking inner clarity.

My clients often describe our work together as a reset. A mirror. A discipline that becomes a ritual. They come to train but they leave more present, more grounded, more themselves.
